Our Stromboli are truly original! We use Antico Mulino Caputo Flour exclusively. It is a tremendous product, imported from Italy, 100% Italian Wheat Flour: no additives, not bleached, bromated or otherwise treated. This specialty flour yields a wonderful dough with a lighter texture and cleaner flavors, purity at it’s best!
