Our Stromboli are truly original!
We use Antico Mulino Caputo Flour exclusively. It is a tremendous product, imported from Italy, 100% Italian 00 Wheat Flour: no additives, not bleached, bromated or otherwise treated. This specialty flour yields a wonderful dough with a lighter texture and cleaner flavors, purity at it’s best!

Wraps…

Our wraps are rolled in Buffalo’s own Pete’s Lebanese Flat Bread from their Elmwood bakery that make for a great big, healthy sandwich. You pick the ingredients, or choose any of our Chop-Chop Salad Origionals we toss them together and roll 'em up!
